At Shoprisma.com, we care about your satisfaction. If you’re not fully content with your order, we provide a clear and straightforward return and refund process.


1. RETURN ELIGIBILITY

1.1 – How to Start a Return

Returning an item is easy:

  • For standard (non-Klarna) orders: submit your return request within 30 days of delivery.

  • For Klarna orders: customers have the right to return any item within 14 days of delivery, including items normally marked final sale or custom-made, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging.

Requests made after these timeframes are not eligible.

Once approved, a prepaid return label will be emailed to you.

1.2 – Item Condition Requirements

To qualify for a return:

  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all labels intact.

  • Items that are used, altered, or damaged due to customer mishandling are not returnable.


1.3 – Non-Returnable Products

For standard (non-Klarna) orders, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Personal hygiene items

  • Items marked final sale

  • Custom or personalized items

However, for Klarna orders:
The 14-day return right applies even to final sale and custom items, as long as the item is unused and in original packaging.


1.4 – Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping is free for eligible items.


2. REFUNDS

After receiving and inspecting your returned product:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.

  • For Klarna orders, refunds must be returned back to Klarna, not as store credit.

  • You will receive an email notification when your refund is processed.


3. IF YOUR REFUND IS DELAYED

If 10 business days have passed and you have not received your refund:

  1. Check with your bank or card provider.

  2. Contact your credit card company for updates.

  3. If issues continue, email us at support@shoprisma.com.


4. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Send photos along with your order number to support@shoprisma.com.

  • We will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund.


5. EXCHANGE POLICY

We do allow exchanges.
Contact our support team and we’ll guide you through the process.


6. CUSTOM PRODUCTS FULFILLMENT

All custom or personalized items are produced and shipped within 14 business days of order confirmation, in compliance with Klarna’s requirements.


7. GIFT CARDS

  • Gift cards are non-refundable.

  • Klarna cannot be used to purchase gift cards.
